I ordered a pet mat from, in blue, and received it in hot pink. The 1st time it happened they gave me a full refund, and I ordered it again.

The 2nd time, they kept the amount ($10) of the gift card I had used and sent me a gift card for $9.03. The item had cost me $27 total. I had asked for the correct item for free since they messed up twice, but was told they couldn't do that. So I ended up ordering it again for a 3rd time because I was told I'd get free shipping and 15% off.

Again it came in the wrong color. Every piece of documentation I have from the webite says that I'm receiving Blue, but every time I open the box I receive, it's hot pink!

I will never order from them again! And am going to try yet again to get a full refund and the correct item for free.
