I alway love shop at petsmart for 5 years since we got first hamster back in Jan I want to get another hammy so I decide to get dove banded syrian short haired hamster she was so cutest one about 2 months old I named her Duffy but problem start it she start to sneezzing like non stop so I called petsmart about her problem she thought it's was allergy problem 3 days later her problem didn't stop so I end up bring her back to petsmart cashier told me they will called you when she will feel better 1 week later I called them so how she's doing... manager told me they took her to banfield duffy had respiratory infection she said she will better in 2 weeks later waiting for them to called no call time passed by I loss my hamster named Hollys from old ages I went to get hammy from same location where I got Duffy I got 2 months old black syrian hamster named her Daffy so happy to bring her home after one day later she started to sneezing also contect store again for advice they told me bring her back but instand I went to my vet check up on her vet told me she had discharge on nose bring right on time so I got medicines for her start give to her 2 days later I notice her bottom was dirty smell so bad she had wet tail so I called store about wet tail she told me bring her back right away so I did manager was asked me if I clean cage really well...

so rude.... they told me if I want to exchange her for other hammy black and white one seem having wet tail also... so I told them i will wait for her until she feel better so I called back next day how she's doing one of female employee answered it she's doing fine we put paper towel for her so we can watch her we will take her to vet tomorrow so I waited for next day called them again which was monday... I waited for call from morning to 5pm afternoon pet manager answered phone later on I asked him how's she doing is she feel alright?

I was on hold for more 10 mins worry about her he told me later I'm so sorry she passed away she was not feel good this morning so we took to vet she didn't make it okay...

thank you... so I went to same location to get another hammy later on male employee told me they want to check on hamsters on sale make sure they're healthy pet care manager will called you when they're ready (basicly they lie to me) so I came back next day one of female employee told me two pet care manager leave note not let me get another hamster from their store so I can't let you had it it's cost me lot of money for your dead hamsters they sold me sick hammys passed away refuse me to get another one it's sound like they tried to blame me for end up with sick hamsters what's wrong with them

Reason of review: sick hamsters.

Monetary Loss: $134.

Preferred solution: pay for my vet bill.

PetSmart Cons: Rude managers.
