PetSmart grooming saloon in north Arlington
Made appointment for my toy poodle to get groom and then the groomer say they couldn't cut him, to take him to a vetanary to get groom and then bring him back after he's been cut, it was a waste of time and money when they are suppose to be professional, you have 3 groomer and neither one can cut dog hair, and got the nerve to tell me to go to a vetanary,so i took my dog to another one in grand prairie and they did a good job with no hassle. Some one need to fired those maybe wanted groomers , they are lazy people, who just there for a pay check
Monetary Loss: $40.
Location: Dallas, Texas

If you do not know the profession, and all that it entail, keep your rude little trap shut.
If they are "money hungry" thay would not have referred you to a veterinary hospital for the grooming service because groomers work on commission. You should be impressed that they would rather loose money than risk hurting your beloved matted dog.
Chances are, your dog was too matted to safely groom or had some other sort pre-existing condition like an open hot-spot. PetSmart groomers are not allowed to use surgical blades on dogs, unlike smaller private groomers.
