Do not trust this grooming service. It was the most horrible experience for myself and my pet. I trusted them since I'm a member of Banfield, but it turned out to be inexperienced people that should not be trusted with my beloved pet.

My dog has a coat like an Sheepdog, but is a mix breed with a poodle. They assessed her and saw matter fur which is why I brought her in. They told me they could spot check and only shave what was too close to cut. The tech showed me what they would do and I agreed to only that. I expressed MULTIPLE times that I didn't want length taken off or any hair or lashes trimmed whatsoever. They charged me for a bath only since it was spot shaving and I paid when I left my pet. This was after they had assessed her and quoted me.

They said it would take two hours and that turned into five. I finally called to check and was greeted with an unprofessional giggle. I got to the store to pick up my beautiful "Sheepdog" looking pet to only be met by a competed shaved dog so closely shaven that she looked like she was just pink skin, puffy ears and tail, choppy looking and her beautiful two inch lashes were gone with everything else. I was in complete shock.

They followed absolutely nothing I had said and just went clipper happy with my dog. In addition, they informed me that I would be up charged to a haircut for over $100. I immediately lost it and got the manager and refused to pay for anything at that point. This will take months (possibly years) for her fur to grow back to the way it was if we are lucky to get it all back. I'm not sure about her lashes either. They didn't show any remorse and didn't even offer an apology. When I became upset they told me to stop overacting as it will grow back.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS "SERVICE" AGAIN. I will make sure to spread the word so others don't have to go through this as well.

These "groomers" are not trained and want to do what's easiest for them. There's no talent which is why they just buzz the hair off.

The manager asked me what I felt was fair for compensation since he couldn't attach her fur or her lashes back. I demanded to be refunded in full and advised him that I would be writing a letter to their corporate office due to the lack of concern, professionalism, skill and ability to communicate properly.
