went to pet smart for a gift for mothers day.i asked for help in the bird section i was told ill be right there,i waited and waited, i again went and akesed for help and the cashier asked if i wanted to buy a bird, i said well yes so i was told someone would be right over ,i waited and waited,needless to say i waited to long so i left and will never go back. people dont make people wait for 45mins, to buy anything in any store.i also was spending money on the asseries for the bird aroung 60.00 dollars.

Monetary Loss: $60.

My store is always short-handed and I am frequently alone for full shifts in the pet care department. One person to handle birds, small pet, reptiles, fish, and in whatever else the customer needs.

It is frustrating and I do hate making people wait for my services. Try to see it from the frazzled associates point of view.

Sounds like the usual "busy hour" to me. Probably had a bunch of people show up at once...or maybe even that one person that takes an hour to bag fish for (it happens) and you happened to just have bad timing that instance.
