If you use the Grooming Salon in the North Bergen NJ Petsmart, you know how wonderful all the groomers are. However, do not let the new manager near your dogs, especially f they are handicapped as mine are - She approaches them the same way should would a non handicapped animal, and as a result she got bit.
She than Blamed me and threw me out of the store. I have been a customer at that Grooming Salon for several years, with never an incident or problem. But this new general manager is not enlightened on how to treat animals with disabilities. Maybe it is not part of her training.
I am sorry she got bit, but it was her own fault. And treating a customer the way she did.
SHAME. Is this what Petsmart Encourages??
