The North Bay Petsmart store is failing to run scheduled pet training sessions.The North Bay Petsmart store confirmed over the phone that these training sessions would be running including the date and time of the training sessions.
The North Bay Petsmart store also posted a calendar of all training sessions clearly showing the date and time of each session. When customers arrive for the scheduled pet training sessions, the customers are being told that the trainer is not scheduled to work and therefore there is no pet training session.
Glen, the manager of the store has repeated failed to address the pet training sessions that are cancelled due to poor staff management.
Petsmart email communications are not returned by Petsmart staff except to say that someone will contact you within 3-5 business days.At the end of 5 business days, there is still no communication from Petsmart.
