I went to the local Petsmart in order to purchase replacement accessories for the Breeze Litter System for cats. The shelves were bare. The store did not have replacement litter or pads. At the time I was in the store there was no one on the floor to ask about checking the back room for stock and the cashier didn't even bother to check.

Three days later the website is reporting that the items are in stock. I don't have the time or money to be running to the store every three days to check if they got their stock in or removed from the back room and placed on the shelf.

This is not the first time that I have gone into the store to buy pet supplies and find that the item is not in the building or on the shelf. Even on those occasions no one was willing to check the back room for the item.

I have had enough of this stores empty shelves.

I vow never to shop with this company or its competitor again.

I am staying with my local family owned pet store or with online shopping. And if I shop online it is not going to be through this company either.

I am done.

Yeah know, your ***. they are at the mercy of their own vendors.

Sorry, they didn't have it when you NEEDED it but.....*** happens and things do not get delivered to them as fast as even they would like. Clerks at the registers are NOT allowed to run around the store for you. I also find it hard to believe you couldn't find one person to help you. You could have ordered it online.

Some people would rather *** and moan then to help themselves. Maybe Petsmart is better without you as a customer.

The only thing petsmart keeps in the back room is over stock. Usually it is food and toys.

The Breeze litter system is a very popular product and it runs out very quickly once it is in stock.

Please, never expect a cashier to LEAVE the register to help you. They will be yelled at seeming as they can't ring anyone else up. They can only call others to help, and most times the help doesn't come.

And seeming as the product you were looking for wasn't there, the cashier probably already knew they had none in stock.

They knew it isn't kept out back. Therefore if it isn't on the shelf, it isn't in stock.
