The service at the Tuscaloosa Petsmart has gotten worse regularly over the last six months. We have several dogs who need groomed regularly.

What we have noticed lately is that they are manually changing the breed type for our dogs in the system so they can charge more. And, according to my research the groomers get payed a commission of 40% to 50% of the grooming fee. So, if it cost more they get paid more. They changed our collie mix to a chow chow and tried to charge us $20 more than what we were told when we dropped her off.

Then they argued with us about her breed. Just today they changed our Maltezu breed to an Australian Terrier. we took her in for a full grooming and the groomer only finished a partial bath before getting sick, calling me in to get our dog and then charging me $21.99 for a partial bath! I even asked the manager about it and she said it wasn't her problem.

(Her name is Hannah BTW) I feel like someone needs to file a law suite against this company. Crooked and stealing money!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
