PetSmart - Grooming fail
To Whom It May Concern;
I dropped off my dog for grooming service on Friday, July 8th, 2016. On the way home from the haircut, he was scratching at both ears, and looked visibly bothered in that area. Being that I have had his hair cut from PetSmart often, I figured he may just have water from the bath still in his ears. Therefore, I waited few days, only to find scabs where his hair was trimmed by the โProfessional Dog Groomerโ. I have used your services every 2 months for past 2 years without a problem. Being that this was a mistake on the groomer, why was I not informed? I am disappointed in the professional honesty of the services held at PetSmart, and I hate to think that this may happen to other animals who visit for haircuts like my dog.
I will be taking my dog to the vet to check his ears to make sure he doesn't develop an infection with the developed scabs.
Being that I trust the โProfessional Dog Groomerโ to take care of my dog, I am very upset with what my dog is having to go through. I refuse to continue my services to your PetSmart
Reason of review: my dog is hurt.
Monetary Loss: $53.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
PetSmart Pros: Convenient.
PetSmart Cons: Does not do a good job.
