Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I would not recommend Pet Smart to anyone. After being a longstanding and loyal customer of the Muncie, Indiana, store for the last seven years with my two miniature poodles, Abby and Sebastian (frequenting the store at least 2-3 times per week during this time), nevertheless twice within the last two months, after long-standing appointments, was snidely turned away from the grooming salon and told that I would need to reschedule.

I wasn't sure that I would return as a customer after the first time, but after some deliberation decided to give them a second chance. The second time sealed the deal, however. I will never again set foot in that or any other Pet Smart. These big chains couldn't care less about customer loyalty or satisfaction.

We should never assume that they appreciate our business.

We should be supporting local businesses anyway. I couldn't be more furious.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Snide cancellation of my appointment twice in as many months.
