I worked in the pet hotel for a short time but quit because of how they treated the animals. Clients would pay for their pet to be out two times a day and they would let them out once but for an hour instead of two.

I was showed how to clean cages then told I took to long and if it looked clean it was good. If it was end of shift and their was *** or urine in a cage I was told to leave it, next shift would get it. I quit after about two months I was so furious. I told everyone not to leave their pet at pet smart.

Also when you go to work there I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement-so they know they were doing wrong. Do NOT BRING YOUR LOVING PETS TO THEIR HOTEL.
