I called pissed customer number. The person placed my order. I paid for the order. Went to pickup the order. Petmart wouldn't give it to me .even with the confirmation number. Had to buy some dog food my dog. And was told I might not get my order for a week. I am going to have to buy her food again. Cause she will be out. Putting me out almost 200.00.

I walked in to get my dogs nails done. They were hurting a little bitty dog, and then told her to shut up and the lady at the desk was trying to cover it up so much she didn’t have time to pay attention to me and they told me I’d have a 45 minute wait and I said well no I won’t because I will never bring my dog here to get her nails done. That’s how you treat animals and I talk to someone about it they said they would review the tapes. I don’t know if they did or did not, but now my pet will never ever come in there to have anything done except for through Banfield

It took a couple of phone calls to get my matter resolved because the representative provided resolution however door dash was the issue with first delivering the wrong product and secondly by not redelivering the correct product. I requested a full refund . The representative advised that I would refunded so I am waiting for my refund. The way door dash handled this situation is unacceptable and they have shown no care at all for me as a customer.
