They expect you to pay shipping charges for damaged products to he sent back. If I could visit a store to return, then I would have shopped in the store.

Employees

They suck. But it's not just at PetSmart, it's at Petco and all the retailers. They seem to all be of the same generation. Apparently they have been taught that it's ok to misinform. Instead of saying, "I don't know but I can try and find out," they seem like they: a) don't want to be there; and b) don't have time for customers. Great. Go USA!!!

Thyroid perception caned food for cats has been unavailable at the store for over three weeks. My cat can not eat any other food. What is the supply issue? The pet smart is in Hamilton market place in

I called customer service and they assisted me in ordering the food I needed on line. She could not have been more helpful or pleasant. I will receive the food with in five to seven days.

I ordered a Top paw 36" canvas crate and in the week of getting my puppy made *** I just find it absurd that when making a product for an animal you'd expect company's would understand better quality especially for the price you sell it for over 150$ the quality seems to be cheap . Some stores have employees that have attitudes. It is not the employee doing me a favor allowing me to shop their it’s customer giving Petsmart their money and the employees should be nice

Manager was nice I have spoken to him before. Friendly- Upbeat - Good energy about him. My favorite manager and other have left that store but they have a cashier who is very sweet who I told the manager about before. I will just avoid this other person if I shop again...

Complain customer service

Customer service is awful, there is nobody to go when you have a conplain o people where not helpful or rude with you, the store in Cape Coral is the worse, price high like no where, they even tell you at the register, they are rude and what is my last here and I dont care, ask help manager nothing changue, today had a problem with my Dog service even worse, after did terrible job, nobody is responsible and even talk about me.. I hear them gossiping in the back of line terrible customer service.

A $4.00 price increase for a less than 10 minute service???

Seems I can’t call in anymore

I have tried to call in and they actually have my number blocked. Used a friends and went through NO problem this is horrible way to run a business or customer service for that matter.

I had more than a few bad experiences with Taxes and delivery to old address now I cant even call in or place a order it is being canceled a day later last 5 mths now. Not happy please fix this I am severely disabled and need such services. Thank you
