Still no concession from PetSmart, not even an apology. I have disputed the charges, but no resolution yet.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE PETSMART PETS HOTEL!!!!!
I boarded my cat for 10 days. My cat has a sensitive stomach, and is prone to constipation, so I brought special food as well as additives, and a vet's note regarding care. When I brought him home he was so constipated I had to take him to the vet. 2 days, and over $700 later, he is still not 100%. Every time I called the "hotel" they claimed he was happy, eating well and using the litter box. When I called after taking the cat to the vet, the supervisor still claimed that there was nothing wrong with the cat while it was there, and it must have been the "stress" of bringing him home that caused the problem!
I will NEVER use PetSmart again, for ANYTHING.
Monetary Loss: $1100.
