Payment won’t process

Hello. Ive tried ordering on the PetsMart app and keeps giving error that it cannot process payment. Ive tried several times in the past couple weeks. I buy stuff on the app and have it delivered same day. This is a huge inconvenience. The app also glitches while Im on it. It blinks. Are yall having issues??

I have heard nothing from PetSmart other than that they referred it to someone who would contact me in 24 - 48 hours. That has not happened.

Unhappy experience with grooming salon large price increase

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Petsmart for 10 years. I am very pleased with the groomers and results. I took all 3 of my dogs for grooming yesterday 9/30. They had the same groom as usual. When I received the bill, it increased by $40 for the 2 border collies. The groomers did not know why. They looked into the increase and said the furminator increased $20 per dog. They apologized and said they were not informed of the increase. There was no sign or notification to the customer prior. I am retired and on a fixed income. I did not expect or appreciate such an increase without being notified. The furminator was no added work for the groomer. This is a ridiculous increase, especially for a loyal long time customer.

Customer Dispute

At approximately 7:15 PM PST, one of the store managers on duty at 2375 Iro. Point, Folsom CA continously hung up on me multiple times and placed me on hold numerous of times before greeting themselves over the phone. The store manager was talking over me and accused me of harassment. I called the store to ask for district managers telephone which was not provided to me. The store manager threatened to call the Folsom police department for a crime I did not commit. The store manager was very unprofessional and unpleasant with me over the phone.

Refund run around for training

I signed up for training in McDonough, Ga store. We showed up to discover there wouldn't be a class no one thought to call me. After not a new date, I reached out to find that they didn't have a trainer. I transferred to Fayetteville location, attended 3 classes, came in for the 4th to again discover no class would be held, trainer was sick. Still, no one called. Since then, I hvnt been notified of NEW a class. So now, fast forward, I've been in contact about rcvg rcvg refund

Unbelievable what I paid today

So today I went into the petsmart at stafford mall in New Jersey. I was looking at dental products. My dog hates his teeth being brushed so I came across arm and hammer dental spray fir $11.99. I thought it was pricey but the other products were just as high I am floored that I could buy it on Amazon or even chewey for $5.49!!! Why?!!! Why such a mark up. I feel I was totally taken advantage of today. Horrible. Id take it back if the store wasnt so far. Im so so disappointed and definitely taking business elsewhere. My local privately owned store is cheaper. Shame on you. I definitely learned a lesson and will not shop petsmart. Ive been buying products for years. I wonder now how long have you been taking advantage of all us pet owners

I still havent received my $12.47 back for the cat liter I ordered on August 12th. I didnt pick it up and the order was put back. I was told by the store rep that my money would be refunded back, it wasnt. Please let me know when this will be done. Thank you!

Grooming salon Scarborough Maine store

This is my second time having bad experience with PetSmart grooming salon. First time they shaved my Pomeranian after I specifically asked them no to do that because it ruins his hair. Nope, they still made my dog look like a sheep. Second time around happened today, I had scheduled appointment on their website for grooming just to find out that they do not have him on the schedule due to system glitch. Attitude of store manager

Around 3:30 on August 4th, 2021, I was shopping at the Pet Smart on Derry Street in Harrisburg, I had read the sign on the door stating that those who are not vaccinated should wear a face covering. I noticed store employees not wearing a mask which was of no concern because I assumed they were all vaccinated as I am. Because of the more contagious Delta variant, I was also double masked.as a precaution since I have asthma. I noticed a young man stocking shelves who was wearing a gaitor, one of the pull up face coverings that according to the CDC are not recommended for protection against Covid. As a customer, it was not my place to approach the young man. However, as a parent, I feel concern for young people who might be putting themselves (and perhaps others in the store) at risk. As I said, I am fully vaccinated and was wearing a mask so my concern was for the young man, not myself. I approached a Pet Smart employee who I assumed was the manager on duty. I mentioned that the young man was wearing a gaitor and suggested that he might not know it doesn't really offer protection against Covid. I thought, perhaps, a manager might care enough about her employees and customers to bring it to his attention. Her response was to tell me that masks don't work at all except for the N95 worn by hospital workers. When I said that is why I was double masked, she told me that it didn't matter. Why would a store representative try to scare a customer like that? She could simply have thanked me for the information and walked away. With her attitude, it makes me wonder if she is even vaccinated. If the CDC says that wearing a mask can help to reduce the viral load one breathes in or our, why wouldn't we want to follow those guidelines. I don't care about the woman's politics. It is not her place to tell a customer that the mask she is wearing doesn't work.
