I signed up for Afterpay at Petsmart in Newport News, Virginia on Sunday March 6th and went back to the Store the following business to purchase some pet supplies and my it declined my sale twice

Why? Your message to me said It was ready to go. I am now hesitant about trying to use it again. I need to know the reason why my sale didn't go through. I tried to call your Company but I always get a voice mail referring me to a email link but the ladies voice on the recording is hard to understand. Please answer my email eexplaining why my sale was denied

Well done PetSmart!

I had an initial bad situation with a gerbil cage that I purchased that split at the bottom however the store completely rectified my situation and refunded my money. Shout out to manager Kevin and assistant manager Adam who is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met in terms of small animal care!

I get to PetSmart Panama City Fl for my 12:30 grooming appt. for my Golden Retriever, who just hates car rides.. Sign on door they were closed for water heater. Not a really big deal if they took the time to call me or message me that they were closed. But the called did not happen, and I wasted a day and caused undo stress to my pup. We will survive, but I will be now using locally own groomers. They will at least have common courtesy to call if they need to cancel.

Lost package

I was refunded the money for the lost package and was told another would be sent. Nothing was sent, no email confirming a replacement was being sent nothing. Soooooooo am i getting a replacement???

My complaint is about the commercial on TV about a woman kissing a large white snake. Its frightening to someone that has a phobia of snakes. Also the commercial appears at supper time when you are about to eat.

Your commercial is too repetitive and very annoying

Please make a variety of TV commercials to replace the "anything but you" commercial you run on TV. If you are going to buy a lot of time on various channels it would be to your advantage to have a variety of spots with different themes and different music. I find...

Had incident at groomer for my puppy

Charged my triple the money for puppy bath and argued with me that my puppy was too old. Not a good idea...they cancelled my appt. I saw to change it to regular bath. They should have consulted me before going ahead to overcharge me. Terrible customer service skills...receptionist at groomer was so rude. Thd manager agreed with her but did give me the coupon. I do spend alot of money here and really did not like the treatment I received. No one deserved that...just made a bad day worse. Maybe need to shop elsewhere. Thank you, dferrera

Hello, I went for my monthly grooming appointment today (the time was rescheduled on their behalf) and the groomer Sam Jenner T., who is also the Lead Groomer, was yelling at the co-workers in front of other staff and in front of me. No professionalism nor was she disrespectful. The store manager was called to whom he stated he was going to address it but he did not, nor to the other employees or Sam. The way the situation was handled is a clear explanation for the staff turn around and rescheduled appointments.

Amazing customer service experience

Hi there, I was on a phone with a guy his name started the letter "J" apologies I couldn't hear very clearly. However, I made the call with him around 7:10pm EST. He explained why I couldn't get a refund and let me know the policy clearly. I am upset with 5 of my fish that died and he sympathized with me. He issued a e-gift card which would be very helpful with my fish purchases on Thursday. This was a good experience with CS. I am very happy with the results. I think he is a great person to talk to and very friendly as well. Thank you, Angie
